School Vision 2025-2028

Every three years, our Governors come together for a Visioning Event to review and shape the long-term strategic direction of St Vincent's. At our third Visioning Event, Governors reflected on all that has been achieved, celebrated the many strengths of our school community, and looked ahead with ambition and purpose.

Together, Governors, school leaders and key stakeholders explored how St Vincent's can continue to grow and flourish over the next three years. Through discussion and collaboration, a wide range of ideas and aspirations were shared. These were carefully considered and developed into a set of key strategic objectives that will guide the future direction of our school.

Our long-term vision provides the foundation for our annual development plans and is firmly rooted in our Catholic mission and values. It reflects our shared commitment to providing the very best education for every child while ensuring that everything we do remains centred on the needs of our pupils and community.

By sharing our vision, we aim to provide a clear sense of direction for everyone connected with St Vincent's. We look forward to building on our many successes, embracing new opportunities and continuing to develop our school in the years ahead.

We invite you to read our St Vincent's Vision Document below to find out more about our exciting plans for the future.
