School Vision 2022-2025

Governors carry out visioning events every three years to review strategic long term aims for St Vincent's. Governors recently held their third visioning event to focus on the strategic direction of St Vincent's. The group came together to celebrate the wonderful work at St Vincent’s. The group also created a long term vision for how St Vincent's will develop over the next three years. All of the comments and suggestions were analysed and key strategic objectives were formed. These have created the basis for our long term vision and will form our annual development plans, underpinned by our mission and values.

Our intention in developing the long term vision is to set out and communicate our ethos and long term direction for the school, so that we are all clear on what we want to achieve. We hold fast to our values and celebrate achievements along the way. We look forward to further developing aspects of St Vincent's set out in our plan in the coming years.

Please read the St Vincent vision document below for more information about our exciting plans.
