School Vision 2019-2022

Governors recently held a highly successful visioning event entitled, ‘Leading St Vincent’s Into the Future’. The session involved representatives from our stakeholder groups in school. The group came together to celebrate all of the wonderful work at St Vincent’s. The group also created a long term vision for how the school will develop in the future. All of the comments and suggestions were analysed and five key strategic objectives were formed. These have created the basis for our long term vision.

Our intention in developing the long term vision is to set out and communicate our ethos and long term direction for the school, so that we are all clear on what we want to achieve. We are proud of our values and achievements, and we look forward to further developing our school in the coming years.
