Morning Prayer

Oh my God, I give to you,

All that I think or say or do

All my work and all my happy play

I will give to you today.

Grace Before Meals

Bless us O Lord our daily food,

Make us strong and make us good.

For all children everywhere,

We thank you Father for your care.

Grace After Meals

Thank you Father for this food,

Which you gave to do us good.

Help us to remember you,

All day long in all we do.

Evening Prayer

Thank you God for a lovely day,

Thank you God for our work and our play.

Bless us all as we say goodnight,

And keep us safe until morning light.

Junior Prayers

Morning Prayer

Father in heaven, I give you today

All that I think and do and say.

I give you the good times

As well as the bad.

The times when I’m happy.

The times when I’m sad

Fill me with grace and make me feel strong

With you at my side I won’t go wrong.

Bless me through the day.

Before Lunch

Bless us O Lord

And these thy gifts,

Which we are going to receive

From thy bounty,

Through Christ, Our Lord,

Amen

After Lunch

The children are invited to write their own after lunch prayers to read to the class.

End of the Day

God our Father, I come to say,

Thank you for your love today.

Thank you for my family,

And all the friends you give to me.

Guard me in the dark of night,

And in the morning send your light.
